  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60-80K (uncapped)
  • A mix of in-person and phone sales, depending on season

What You’ll Do

  • Call warm leads and past clients to rebook work (minimal cold calling)
  • Meet clients in-person for estimates and to close high-ticket deals
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure top-tier service delivery
  • Sell over the phone to close smaller jobs efficiently
  • Maintain a high close rate on in-person estimates
  • Keep your CRM organized with real-time client updates

Hours & Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Weekends: 8 AM – 5 PM (for in-home sales appointments)
  • December – Mid-January: Vacation
