We are looking for a driven and motivated Operations & Sales Executive who shares our passion for cars and can help grow the business while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Operations:

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with technicians and staff to manage workflow and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Support management in implementing new processes to improve productivity.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers.
• Promote and upsell services (detailing, PPF, coating, washes, etc.) based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in executing marketing promotions and campaigns.

Reporting & Growth:

• Track sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Provide feedback and ideas to management for service improvements.
• Assist in business development initiatives, partnerships, and events.

Requirements

• Passion for cars and automotive culture (must-have).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with customer service excellence.
• Prior experience in sales or operations (automotive industry a bonus).
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / POS systems; social media skills an advantage.
