We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in Prince George, to help build structure and clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong sale skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving sales performance. Security system knowledge is a great asset.

SKILLS

  • Strong sale skills with a track of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency and general knowledge in security systems, including installation process to assist technician’s when needed. Or willingness to learn and help in the field when required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement in sales processes.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • A drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
  • A valid security license

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and execute sale strategies to expand our customer base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Occasional assisting in the installation process of security systems, including alarm and camera systems, intercoms, gates and more.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. This involves site visits, research, creating and sending quotes and additional follow ups.
  • Lead and support the installation team to ensure timely, professional and high quality work.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and operational logistics.
