About Us Tool Fort Manufacturing LLC is a CNC machining and precision engineering company based in Dubai. We are expanding into fastener manufacturing to serve the oil & gas, construction, marine, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced industry professional to lead this new division — from concept to full-scale operation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 8–12 years in the fastener industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
· Proven track record in setting up or scaling manufacturing operations.
· Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes — cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, surface finishing.
· Understanding of fastener standards and specifications for oil & gas, construction, and industrial applications.
· Established network of customers and industry contacts in the UAE/GCC.
· Commercial acumen with the ability to price competitively and profitably.
· Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is not a “maintenance mode” position — you will be building a fastener manufacturing division from the ground up. You will have full ownership of operations, strategy, and business development. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of fastener production and a proven ability to secure customers in the UAE and GCC markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Division Setup: Identify and procure machinery, tools, and equipment for fastener production (bolts, nuts, screws, custom fasteners).
· Operations Management: Establish production workflows, quality control systems, and maintenance schedules.
· Business Development: Leverage industry network to identify and secure key customers, distributors, and project contracts.
· Vendor & Supply Chain: Source raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
· Compliance & Quality: Implement relevant industry standards (ISO, DIN, ASTM, BS, JIS) and ensure adherence to Tool Fort’s QMS.
· Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage production and QC staff.
· P&L Responsibility: Set pricing strategies, manage budgets, and deliver profitability targets.
