JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS & SALES MANAGER (RIGHT HAND TO THE OWNER)

Location: San Diego, CA (On-site at our warehouse)
Compensation: $5,000/month + sales commissions on new customer accounts closed

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a versatile, entrepreneurial-minded person to become the Owner’s right hand. This role blends hands-on operational work with sales leadership and customer management. You’ll help run the company day-to-day while also managing and growing your own portfolio of customers—driving sales and building long-term relationships.
