Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Support Administrator to be part of our collaborative team! You will will be working to maintain strong customer relationships across Key Accounts whilst providing administrative support to the Operations and Sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing excellent administrative and Customer Service support to a range of accounts around the World, both business to business and business to customer.
  • You will be processing orders, responding to internal and external queries, ensuring customer requirements are adhered to and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • You will be responsible for booking in customer orders, coordinating with customers and their logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Day to day communication with our third-party warehouse, importing orders, responding to queries and preparing and handling shipping documents.
  • Supporting the Sales team with preparation for Key Customer presentations
  • General administrative duties including, but not limited to, handling emails, raising invoices, checking paperwork and input of data.
