The Kebab Club is on the lookout for a motivated, hands-on team player to join our small but growing team in Southend-on-Sea. We’re a fast-growing start-up shaking up the UK food scene with bold, authentic Turkish flavours — and we’ve just become the first and exclusive Turkish sauce brand to launch on Ocado. We’re building something exciting and want someone who’s just as energised about the journey as we are.

The Kebab Club was founded in 2021 by husband-and-wife duo Elizabeth and Yuksel — powered by a love of food, culture, and community. Our range of 100% natural Turkish marinades and sauces is helping people across the UK cook restaurant-quality meals at home, and we’re on a mission to make Turkish cuisine a household staple.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Comfortable using email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online platforms like Shopify
• Physically able to lift boxes (up to 15kg) and be on your feet
• Basic admin, customer service, and order processing experience preferredHighly organised and reliable
• Friendly, approachable, and keen to grow with the business

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a varied, evolving role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and genuinely excited about supporting a small business from the ground up. One day you might be picking and packing orders, the next managing retailer emails, or researching new stockist opportunities. You’ll also play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly while we transition into our brand-new warehouse and office.
