Up to 40% travel to Tosca Service Centers or operational hubs

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor and support scanning systems and applications used in Service Center operations.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in scan data, escalating and resolving issues in coordination with IT, Engineering, and Ops teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Enablement and Engineering teams to improve system integration and data flow.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in current scanning or tracking practices.
  • Support technology implementations by participating in solution testing, rollouts, and training.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and Service Center architecture.
  • Serve as a resource for field operations, ensuring alignment on scanning protocols, safety, and compliance.
