Job Summary: The Equipment Maintenance Manager will be assigned to the Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW) at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, supporting training and development of the Air Force’s (AF) future SW Airman, who are organized, trained, and equipped to deliver distinctive expertise in combat and other high-risk environments.  As the only AF capability specifically designed to primarily operate as surface combatants, SW Airman directly assist, control, enable, and execute air and space-power capabilities to conduct: Joint Fires Integration, Special Operations, Personnel Recovery, Tactical Airlift Operations, and Special Reconnaissance. T3I is seeking a full-time Operations Scheduler and Coordinator to support SWTW training.  The Scheduler will report to and work for the T3I Program Manager (PM) and be the primary point of contact for scheduling and coordinating operations critical to the planning, management, synchronization, and execution of training.  The effectiveness of this position is key to the PM’s overall ability to plan, manage, and lead the training program in support of SWTW.  The courses are templated to be 7 weeks long and are conducted 5 times annually.  The position requires the scheduler to coordinate with personnel inside and outside of the organization, including both military and civilian organizations.  The scheduler must communicate effectively with all stakeholders and be able to multi-task in a high pace environment.  The scheduler must also be a self-starter and require little oversight or management and aggressively seek out solutions to identified problems. Responsibilities:  * Serve as the primary Course Operations Scheduler  * Provide coordination, planning, and management of the daily operational schedule * Provide scheduling and logistical support to contract personnel who support the course * Attend staff, training, and scheduling meetings; be prepared to brief the course schedule and coordinate with other course schedulers for use of facilities and other training resources   * Prepare and submit bus schedule and any other necessary requests for gyms, tracks, pools, and any external training resources to meet curriculum requirements * Track and maintain utilization records on all scheduled facilities  * Send draft schedules to the PM, for approval; distribute the schedule to all required personnel * Supervise and manage the schedule; ensure accuracy of events and record/report deviations * Coordinate any last-minute changes to the schedule with all required units and personnel  * Schedule, pick up, and return support vehicles as needed to support course operations  * Maintain historical documents for all items assigned to the scheduler position * Provide general office support to include, completing data calls, answering phones, drafting memos and timely correspondence, and requesting supplies and office materials * Prepare and present briefings, and other administrative documents as required * Operate government vehicles, to include tactical vehicles, in support of events supporting training * Manage synchronization of student status data with appropriate personnel/agencies * Manage synchronization of curriculum with appropriate personnel/agencies * Manage synchronization of conditioning/HP programming with appropriate personnel/agencies Required Skills and Experience:  * Highschool Diploma or equivalent * Have three years’ experience performing similar tasks * Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computers, e-mail, voicemail, and cell phone texts to perform duties * Proficient understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Desired Skills and Experience:  * Be familiar with Air Education and Training Command’s curriculum programming and execution * Be familiar with scheduling and coordination processes with Lackland AFB Transportation Operations * Be familiar with training sites affiliated with SWTW and processes for deconfliction of training * Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing schedules and other administrative functions  Required Background Check: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Type of Employment: Full-Time T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards.  To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel.  All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP.  Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
