• Handle daily import and export operations in Jebel Ali
• Prepare and submit documents through Dubai Trade
• Follow up on customs declarations, gate passes, port procedures and JAFZA-related work
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, transporters, customs brokers and port authorities
• Follow up on container movements, loading, unloading and delivery schedules
• Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery progress
• Maintain proper operational records and documentation
• Assist with other office and operational duties when required
• Handle multiple tasks and urgent operational matters efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping line or freight-forwarding operations in Jebel Ali
• Good knowledge of Dubai Trade, JAFZA and shipping line procedures
• Experience with import, export and customs-clearance documentation
• Good communication and computer skills
• Organised, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Willing to multitask and support different operational activities
• Immediate availability is preferred
