Operations Site Production Manager Application Deadline: 11 March 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Lee's Summit, MO Compensation: $29 / year Description Six Sigma Black Belt certification (must possess or obtain within 180 days of contract award). Responsibilities: Coordinate site‑level project and production activities with precision and efficiency. Provide timely oral briefings to Government oversight personnel. Prepare and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct fact‑finding assignments and respond promptly to inquiries from the Government. Deliver written and oral briefings to senior management officials. Manage sensitive, detail‑driven tasks under strict deadlines. Demonstrate sound decision‑making, especially under high‑pressure conditions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Ability to navigate operational challenges and maintain high customer satisfaction. Experience developing and implementing operational processes and policies. Competence in assessing and analyzing training requirements.
