Operations Site Production Manager Application Deadline: 11 March 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Harrisonburg, VA Compensation: $29 / year Description Six Sigma Black Belt certification (must possess or obtain within 180 days of contract award). Responsibilities: Coordinate day‑to‑day site production activities with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Present oral briefings to Government oversight personnel with clarity and professionalism. Prepare, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct fact‑finding initiatives and prepare written and verbal briefings for management officials. Address operational issues, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure timely response to Government inquiries. Demonstrate sound judgment in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive situations Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Excellent writing and briefing skills for both technical and management audiences. Ability to analyze and implement operational procedures and training requirements. Strong decision‑making skills and attention to detail. Capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
