Payok is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in high risk merchant services e.g. online gaming, forex, trading, crypto, live streaming etc. We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team and ensure seamless financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – required
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial operations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in transaction reconciliation, dispute resolution, or settlement processing
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems
• Knowledge of blockchain, digital payments, or cross-border transactions is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Transaction Reconciliation: Perform end-to-end reconciliation of transactions across platforms and payment channels to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Merchant Balance Management: Handle top-ups and deductions from merchant balances, ensuring timely and precise updates.
• Dispute Handling & Recharge Back: Investigate transaction disputes, process recharge back transactions, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Channel Balance Recharge & Withdrawal: Monitor and manage fund flows, ensuring liquidity and smooth operations across all channels.
• Daily Settlement & Manual Transfer Review: Execute daily settlement processes, review manual transfers, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Internal Platform Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and adherence to operational processes.
