OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION The Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the daily operations that keep DH running smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys bringing order and structure to a dynamic agency setting. You will handle a variety of office operations and administrative tasks including coordinating meetings, managing supplies, supporting technology needs (internal help-desk and troubleshooting), travel logistics, and internal events. You will also provide light support to our finance and HR teams, helping with billing, onboarding, and other process-oriented work. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the partners, leadership team and staff across departments to streamline systems, improve workflows, and enhance the employee experience. The right candidate will bring a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in making sure people have what they need to do their best work.
