The successful candidate will oversee the general operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, ranging from HR functions to providing executive support to the Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in office administration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of HRM practices, financial management, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent organisational, People Management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT skills
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and practices.
  • High level of efficiency in multitasking working in a demanding fast paced environment.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role such as hospitality or in a corporate setting.
