Join Marabu as a Flight Operations Assistant and play a key role in keeping our airline running smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic position, you will oversee day-to-day flight operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, support in disruption management, and help drive operational stability. Main responsibilities Overseeing and coordinating of the airline operations (OPS) of Marabu in close collaboration with Operational Control Center / Dispatch, having the customer in focus of everything we do Coordination of OPS forecasts outside the OPS window (72h prior to departure) Surveillance of fulfilment of service agreements with external service providers Risk Assessment of the financial impact of operational decisions (e.g. overnight vs. diversion, EU261 compensation vs. purchase of external ACMI, …) Daily, weekly and monthly OPS reporting Ad-hoc support in case of operational disruptions (collaboration with PAX Support, OCC, Crew Control, MCC, …) Close alignment with management to decide on appropriate OPS mitigating actions Development and implementation of new processes to enhance OPS stability At least 2 years of operational experience in the aviation industry Understanding of operational processes of a commercial airline in the EASA environment Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to think out of the box to find creative and financially reasonable solutions Excellent communication skills A solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail Fluency in English (additional languages, such as German, are an advantage) Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union (valid work permit or EU citizenship required) Inspiring and truly unique experience at the newest Estonia airline Competitive compensation package Additional 7 days of vacation per year Development and career opportunities Stebby allowance Opportunity to work with dynamic and multicultural industry-leading team A modern office in Ülemiste, filled with exciting office events Staff discounted flight tickets (myID travel)
