Frontline Genetics and Harvest-Max Associates is actively looking for an Operations Specialist to join it’s growing team. Frontline Genetics is a premier seed dealership that offers multiple brands of corn and soybean seed to its customers and focuses on seed quality and in-season monitoring to ensure positive outcomes for its clients. Harvest-Max Associates is a precision agriculture consulting company that uses on farm data to increase growers’ efficiency through use of variable rate technology and detailed validation processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

-Must have a valid CDL or willing to obtain a CDL.
-Must be financially sound and able to work with a budget.
-Must have accounting skills for inventory reconciliation.
-Critical thinking skills.
-Extremely detail oriented.
-Must have good mechanical skills.
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and carry 50 ft.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

-Work with operations team to ensure tasks are completed safely and timely.
-Work with upper management to schedule tasks and ensure their completion.
-Help manage warehouse inventory at multiple locations including seed and chemical.
-Work with customers and vendors to deliver products and goods.
-Operate inventory management software.
-Operate UTV with electric soil sample probe in Spring and Fall.
-Operate forklift to move seed and chemical products.
-Ensure proper and routine maintenance is performed on company equipment.
-Perform basic groundskeeping duties at company locations.
-Willing to travel for up to 1 week at a time during busy soil sampling season.
