This means: You bring structure into complex operational processes. You create transparency across projects, tasks, and priorities. You support management with reliable reporting and documentation. Your Tasks Bring structure and transparency into our daily business operations. Support the execution of operational, commercial, and administrative processes. Coordinate projects, documentation, reporting, and management communication. Ensure reliable operations across finance, recruiting, people, and project administration. Develop and maintain standards, templates, and scalable operational processes. Work closely with our German and Indian teams to enable efficient collaboration and sustainable growth. As you grow in the role, you will take ownership of selected operational areas and help shape the future of our India Operations Hub. Working Model Hybrid working model in Pune. Your Profil Professional Background Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, Business Operations, or Consulting. Experience working in an international environment is an advantage. Experience with German or European companies is a plus. Skills German language skills (minimum B2, preferably C1). Fluent in English. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Structured and detail-oriented working style. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Personal Qualities High level of ownership. Reliable and well organized. Calm under pressure. Strong communication skills. Motivation to continuously improve structures and processes.
