QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications- Clear logic, keen business sense, strong self-motivation, understanding of complex payment scenarios and corresponding fund and information flows, goal-oriented results, team collaboration awareness, able to actively promote business cooperation;- Able to operate projects independently, with strong ability to design and solutions and data sensitivity, and good ability to integrate resources;- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to positively work cross-functionally, passionate, creative and responsible, with their own thinking and sedimentation on daily operation work;Preferred Qualification- 3+ years of work experience with payment industry experience, financial industry experience, merchant service and merchant operation experience preferred.
Team IntroductionThe Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.Responsibilities- Provide exceptional end-to-end support for Global Payment merchants, including payment service and financial service experience insight analysis, including but not limited to merchant onboarding and settlement, payment method and billing management, daily merchant activity usage service etc.- Act as the product SME, understanding the business requirements and stakeholder feedback to identify, document and ensure (through influence and robust data analytics) that the optimization is in line with local and industry practice;- Partner with Global Payment PMOs, Solution Managers, Platform Products, R&D and other teams to support the implementation of Global Payment projects- Act as a point of escalation to resolve complex payment inquiries from customers/merchants.- Complete root cause investigation of issues and partner with peer functions (like product manager, tech engineer, risk operation etc.) to support long-term resolution of the problem.- An operational mind-set focused on creating framework and processes that create exceptional customer service experiences in an efficient operating environment.
