Description
Lead inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes. Collaborate with the transportation team to plan inbound and outbound activities. Drive localization initiatives with the 3PL and ensure the team is adequately trained. Identify operational improvements and introduce cost-saving initiatives. Ensure audit readiness in collaboration with the QA team for the distribution center. Act as a liaison between functions to drive business improvement in DC service and quality. Maintain a clean, secure, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. Contributes to the quality and efficiency of own team; may influence closely related teams. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality by adhering to the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures. Solid conceptual, technical, and functional knowledge in warehouse operations. Basic understanding of related functions to ensure seamless collaboration. Awareness of business drivers and integration points with other teams. No direct supervisory responsibility; may provide guidance to new team members. Solve problems by applying practical experience, judgment, and established procedures. Moderate guidance and direction provided as needed. Bachelor's degree. 3-4 years of warehouse and operations experience. Strong English communication skills. Proficiency in Excel. Preferred: Experience supervising a team.
