What you will do: Customer Support: Providing timely, accurate, and professional support to ensure customers and users receive effective assistance and positive service experience. Reporting and Data Accuracy: Preparing clear, accurate, and timely reports to support informed decision-making, performance monitoring, and effective communication with relevant stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests, updates, and operational tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with business priorities. What You Bring 💪 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer support. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests at the same time. Comfortable using digital platforms, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and ability to communicate with users and supervisors. Excellent written and spoken English is preferred. Basic analytical skills to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
