YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the logistics and/or customer service sector, or an equivalent level of education;
  • Knowledge & understanding of at least two MOTs (Road, Sea or Air Transport);
  • Very strong customer service orientation;
  • Interest in working with transport management systems and with statistical data/figures;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office features (proficient in Excel);
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
  • Quick learner and adaptable to process changes;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of one additional language is an asset
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an Integrated Logistics Operation Specialist, you are part of a truly global customer facing setup and will ensure first-class delivery of key services such as Order Fulfillment, Transport Management, Request and Deviation Management, Status Visibility and -Monitoring and Performance & KPI reporting — all with the aim to create an excellent customer experience.In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with counterparts from various teams – both from within the KN environment as well as external parties – to ensure seamless operations. Your efforts will be instrumental in upholding the high standards of service that define our commitment to success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate transport services for customer orders;
  • Select transport modes and logistics service providers;
  • Execute transport- & event monitoring services;
  • Identify and escalate operational issues & deviations and provide proactive updates to our customer;
  • Engage in proactive performance management to ensure reaching the agreed KPIs (drive mini-improvement projects independently);
  • Ensure adherence to existing guidelines and standard operating procedures;
  • Act as a single point of contact to the customer for all services in scope;
  • Show ownership within the area of responsibility and execute tasks with expected level of productivity & performance;
  • Execute administrative tasks, and respond to requests from stakeholders.
