You will ensure inventory accuracy, product readiness, and overall store organization. Your work directly impacts store performance and customer experience. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations Track and resolve open repair issues Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards Ensure pricing and signage accuracy Coordinate inventory transfers Monitor product ordering and follow up Support store organization and operational efficiency Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of inventory or retail operations experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills Comfortable using computers and systems Reliable with strong follow-through Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items) Valid driver’s license preferred Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed Schedules may vary based on business needs Additional Information Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law.
