We’re looking for an Operations Specialist (Landscaping) to support a fast-growing landscaping and field-services business. You’ll manage day-to-day scheduling, client communication, and internal coordination while keeping tools, systems, and workflows running smoothly across English and Spanish-speaking crews. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, can take a loose brief and run with it, and knows how to solve problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Join a company that values autonomy, initiative, and operational excellence Opportunity to help shape processes as the business scales What You’ll Work On Client Communication and Coordination Manage email correspondence with clients and vendors Handle inbound calls via VOIP and route them appropriately Follow up with HOAs, real estate partners, and new leads Scheduling and Field Operations Build, adjust, and troubleshoot daily schedules in LMN Coordinate job assignments with field crews (English and Spanish speaking) Ensure next-day operations are fully prepared before signing off Systems and Data Management Maintain CRM records and assist with the transition to HubSpot Keep LMN data clean, accurate, and optimized Manage files, Google Drive, and internal documents so information stays organized and accessible Reporting and Team Support Build simple presentations, guides, and reports for field teams Update employee instructions and support documentation as needed Collaborate with the website designer when content or updates are required What You Bring 2–4+ years in operations, coordination, or administrative support Experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or field-service operations is a strong plus Strong communication skills and confidence handling both clients and crew members High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and comfort managing many moving parts Competence with tools like Google Workspace, WhatsApp, QuickBooks, ADP, and CRM platforms Ability to work early PST hours (6am–7am and 9am–4pm) or split shifts with another coordinator You will thrive here if you: Are a self-starter who figures things out instead of waiting for direction Handle pressure well and can course-correct fast Bring solutions instead of questions Can operate independently while keeping leadership fully informed Nice to Have Hands-on experience with LMN or other field-service scheduling tools Background coordinating multilingual teams Experience with website updates or light content management How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short Loom video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing a time you solved a messy operational problem independently Only candidates who submit a Loom video will move forward.
