This position supports multiple departments by handling audits, firmwide requests, front desk and phone coverage, mail processing, and operational tasks that require accuracy, reliability, and sound judgment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization and follow-through, and understands how small details can have a big impact across an organization. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Do Front Desk & Phone Support * Answer and transfer incoming calls professionally * Assist walk-in clients, staff, and new hires at the front desk Mail & Document Handling * Open, scan, label, and distribute physical mail and faxes accurately * Ensure documents are routed to the appropriate teams promptly Operational Support & Audits * Perform daily audits to support Intake and firm operations * Complete reception, claim opening, ACA, and duplication requests for Pre-Litigation and Litigation teams * Monitor inactive cases and notify Medicaid accurately and timely when required Firmwide Support * Support firmwide operational requests and special projects * Identify issues or concerns and escalate appropriately to minimize firm risk ---------------------------------------- What We’re Looking For * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Professional communication skills * Willingness to support different teams based on daily needs * Comfort using digital tools such as Airtable, Adobe, and office software * Sound judgment and willingness to escalate concerns when needed ---------------------------------------- Qualifications Required * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior office or administrative experience * Experience working in a professional office environment Preferred * Experience in a legal or professional services setting * Familiarity with workflow tracking, audits, or case management systems * Experience supporting multiple teams or departments ---------------------------------------- Why Join Lowe Law Group * Stable, full-time role with growth potential * Clear expectations and structured onboarding (30/60/90 plan) * Supportive team environment with high standards * Opportunity to gain exposure across multiple departments * Competitive pay with performance-based growth opportunities ---------------------------------------- How to Apply Qualified candidates should apply with a resume.
