THE ROLE We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Document Management team. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Israel. In this position, your responsibility will be to: Take responsibility for document management with internal and external contractors. Prepare agreements, reconciliations, reports, and other documents for counterparties. Process reports and ensure they are correctly formatted. Work with accounts receivable and payable. Interact with other departments (legal, accounting) to solve problems. Advise stakeholders on processing transactions. Take part in special projects. We expect you to have: 1+ year of previous work experience, in a similar role. Preferably from an AI, technology, software, or similar industry. Spoken and written fluency in English and Hebrew. High attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks. Proficiency with MS Office. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with the main types of closing documents (invoices, receipts). High attention to detail and able to work with large amounts of information. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, to fully understand issues and setting tasks accordingly. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
