JOB OVERVIEW

An innovative autonomous vehicle company is seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure vehicle calibrations are accurate, software is deployed successfully, and fleet vehicles are mission-ready. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage calibration statuses, deploy software, troubleshoot operational issues, and support vehicle readiness.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimal fleet performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (zero points).
  • Ability to troubleshoot quickly and manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in fleet operations, automotive systems, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with tooling such as terminals, GUIs, and version control systems.
  • Interest in autonomous vehicle technology and innovative mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Deploy software updates to fleet vehicles and complete daily pre-mission checklists.
  • Verify vehicle sensor calibrations through data collection, analysis, and validation.
  • Manually drive test fleet vehicles to collect data after upgrades or repairs.
  • Process collected data using tooling, including terminals, GUIs, and version control software.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Communicate calibration statuses and fleet updates clearly across multiple teams.
  • Maintain vehicle readiness by supporting logistics, equipment setup, and documentation.
  • Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure vehicles, tools, and the workplace are clean, organized, and ready for operations.
