You can look forward to the following tasks:

• Independent forwarding services for sea freight FCL & LCL import & export
• Organization of the pre-, main, and post-carriage
• Acceptance and recording of orders in the company's own system (K-Smart)
• Independent processing and customs clearance of shipments
• Correspondence with shipping companies, customers and overseas partners in German and English
• Handling complaints and invoicing, checking incoming invoices
• Control and booking of incoming documents
• Creating offers
• If interested, air freight can also be handled or learned.

We expect the following knowledge/qualifications:

• A completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience as, for example, a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or commercial employee (m/f/d) with experience in logistics
• Excellent knowledge of sea freight (LCL&FCL) import & export
