As a Program Specialist supporting our U.S. Retail (USR) stores, you will help drive operational excellence, simplify execution, and support the growth of our retail business. This role partners closely with Home Office and Field Leadership to ensure our store teams have the tools, clarity, and support needed to deliver flawless execution and outstanding customer service. In the role what you will do: Support Operational Excellence & Growth Initiatives Participate in the design and build of new programs that simplify store execution and help achieve projected sales goals. Collaborate with store leaders to reinforce execution of key operational processes and ensure alignment on expectations and best practices. Enable Data‑Driven Decision Making Produce recurring and ad‑hoc reporting that surfaces insights, highlights performance trends, and informs decision‑making for Home Office and Field Leadership. Build & Maintain Store‑Facing Resources Create, update, and maintain How‑To Guides, job aids, SOPs, and process documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all store‑facing materials. Project Coordination & Tracking Maintain project trackers, monitor timelines, identify risks or dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure on‑time delivery and execution. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Ability to pass a comprehensive federal background check required due to travel‑program requirements. 1–2 years of experience, preferably in store operations, data analytics, merchandising, or a related field. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment. High level of curiosity with a strong desire to learn, improve processes, and solve problems.
