We’re looking for a Operations Specialist to join the team. As an Operations Specialist, you will join our team in Helsinki to support the operations in Finland and occasionally across Europe. You will support external partners throughout the shift, solve unexpected situations that might arise during operations, and work effectively as a team to ensure an exceptional experience for merchants and customers. You will be the “key link” between technicians and other people in the team. We are growing and things change fast so you will have the opportunity to shape your role within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Detailed analysis of service operations (with heavy focus on major POP partnerships in FI/EE/UK), analysing operational performance data and suggesting improvements
  • Producing cyclical reporting packs for analysis by senior/external stakeholders
  • Process improvement with partners - analysing toolset feedback and operational challenges from partners
  • Monitoring our logistical operations and being hands-on in everything operations related
  • Working with our external partners and internal teams to find solutions that provide the best B2B customer experience
  • Optimising logistics processes/routes for onsite teams and minimising re-deployment times, including managing the Kanban board and robot fleet tracking tools/spreadsheets
  • B2B Partner site support and general communication, supporting onboarding/training, resolution of issues and general support
  • Handling onsite operations tickets and partner communications
  • Handling Marketing/PA events
  • Supporting launch activities including mapping, store setup work and feasibility assessments
  • Work cross-functionally with our operations, account management, engineering, product, marketing, public relations, customer service, and business development teams to streamline processes
