Role Responsibilities Monitor and own end-to-end processes with accuracy, consistency, and a strong sense of accountability. Simulate user journeys to evaluate support team performance and overall customer experience. Simulate internal workflows to monitor system quality and generate actionable feedback. Conduct daily performance tracking to assess the impact of initiatives and detect anomalies with agility. Collect and structure feedback from internal and external stakeholders to inform continuous improvement. Identify inefficiencies, bugs, and improvement opportunities across product development, supporting operations and cross-functional initiatives. Provide analytical support for comparative efficiency assessments. Build and maintain clear, comprehensive playbooks and process flowcharts to align cross-functional teams on operational procedures. Role Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent organizational and documentation abilities. Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with operational process analysis, quality assurance, or customer experience is a plus. Consistency.
