SUMMARY
The 2nd shift (1:30 pm - 10:00pm) Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production operations in their assigned department(s). The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for achieving weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, cost. They will achieve this by working cross functionally with business partners and modelling Lief’s core values. The Operations Supervisor will drive change through employee engagement, continuous improvement and developing and mentoring associates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
