Position Summary: AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Long Island, NY who is a trusted provider of logistics and technical support solutions serving the aerospace, defense, and ground transportation industries. With more than 700 employees and long-standing customer partnerships, the company delivers scalable, reliable services tailored to complex operational environments. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing logistics operations for a newly established urban bus parts distribution center. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment. Essential Functions: Lead all warehouse and distribution operations: receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping. Manage frontline teams and ensure execution of operational strategies and KPIs. Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contractual service levels. Act as primary operational contact for clients and manage exceptions. Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and safety compliance. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, including team leadership. Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and 3PL best practices. Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. Experience in startup or operational launch environments is an asset. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
