Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexibility required)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to train, manage, and support technical staff.

SKILLS:

• Strong time management and task prioritization.
• Leadership capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in computer applications and inventory systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally sit.
• Frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of hands for tool/equipment handling.
• Strong vision, hearing, and physical coordination required.

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily shop and field operations. In this leadership role, you will serve as the bridge between technicians and management, driving high-quality service, process efficiency, and safety compliance.
