About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring safety, service, productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will work closely with frontline employees, customers and site leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, company policies and operational procedures
• Manage labour allocation and workforce planning to meet operational demands
