EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in International Relations, Transportation, Logistics or related fields. (Título en Relaciones Internacionales, Transportación, Logística o campos relacionados)
At least 5 years of experience with transport and leading drivers. (por lo menos 5 años de experiencia previa en transporte y con gente a su cargo)
Full command of English. (Competencia en el idioma Inglés)

Responsibilities:
Delegating all shipments that enter into the building to operations staff. Reviewing the outbound flight monitor and prioritize jobs. Monitoring / answering notes Assist other offices/departments with Operational Questions Ensuring the operation and maintenance of equipment within the facility Training and mentoring staff on operations procedures. Delegating the responsibilities within a given shift Overseeing the compliance with all TSA regulations Ensuring the management of cold chain shipments Ensuring a safe work environment Trouble shooting, problem management, issue resolution Monitoring shipment notes in the “ok to send” process Monitoring Ops emails and responding in a timely manner. Processing shipments when needed Reviewing all shipments before they are dispatched for tender Manage personnel issues Provide feedback on Associate performance and development Communicate all issues/problems/concerns/suggestions with Management Participate in vendor meetings when necessary Ability to provide training and oversee special projects
