POSITION SUMMARY

As an Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient management of activities related to the CLIP store, the receipt of goods, parcels and mail, as well as the management of requisitions for the internal needs of the campus. You ensure smooth processes, coordination between different departments and optimization of resources, while providing quality customer service to learners, teachers and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College or university degree in operations management, logistics, administration or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (warehouse management, school store, reception, purchasing or logistics);
  • Proficiency in inventory management tools and ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of digital tools (SharePoint, Excel, Atlassian, etc.); knowledge of Sage and Orion: an asset;
  • Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
    This role involves frequent interactions with various internal and external stakeholders. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the CLIP store, including inventory, orders and customer experience;
  • Manage the commercial operations of the CLIP store and implement actions to achieve financial objectives;
  • Coordinate the receipt of deliveries, verify the conformity of goods and ensure internal distribution;
  • Manage the sending, receiving and distribution of mail for all LCI Education entities;
  • Receive, process and follow up on internal requisitions, in collaboration with the purchasing department;
  • Supervise, motivate and train staff assigned to the store, reception and inventory management;
  • Validate and approve timesheets, and participate in recruitment as required.
