ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced trades professional, ideally a semi-retired contractor or skilled tradesperson, to serve as an Operations Supervisor. This position is designed for someone who no longer wishes to perform physical labor but wants to leverage their expertise to supervise teams, maintain quality standards, and develop the business. You will be instrumental in mentoring employees, creating jobs, and ensuring projects meet our high standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise renovation and repair teams to ensure work meets professional standards.
  • Mentor and train employees, sharing trade knowledge and best practices.
  • Conduct quality control and ensure client satisfaction on all projects.
  • Collaborate with management on project planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Advise on project estimates, client requirements, and business development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Serve as the operational lead in the field without financial responsibility for payroll or budgets.
