WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Associate degree or completion of a certified lineman apprenticeship
· 5-7 years of progressive experience in line construction, with supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of line construction, maintenance, substations, and protection equipment. Electrical utility experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
· Willingness to work “on-call” supervisory shifts and additional hours as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role involves both office and field work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform occasional climbing, bending, and reaching, walk longer distances in uneven terrain. Safety equipment will be provided.

We’re seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Ebensburg District Office. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced leader in line construction and maintenance who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Lead and coordinate daily operations for the Ebensburg District Office.
· Schedule and oversee construction, maintenance, and system improvement projects involving the electric distribution network in the Ebensburg area.
· Manage and support electric line crews, outside contractors, and district personnel.
· Ensure safety compliance with REA Safe Work Practices and other regulations.
· Coordinate storm and outage response activities.
· Oversee fleet, tools, and equipment maintenance.
· Monitor budgets, job progress, and manpower needs.
· Handle member relations and resolve service-related concerns.
· Support project management, including scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with contractors and engineers.
