Evergreen Refreshments is a leader in micro-markets, vending, and office refreshment services in the NW. We’ve been operating locally for over 40 years with the goal of providing personalized quality service.
Our team is searching for a Branch Manager to lead the Spokane Branch in operations, sales, and service for the growing team. We’re passionate about the break-room experience and looking for a leader that will help us continue to move this mission forward.
An ideal individual is a self-starter with crisp communication, management, and previous operations experience. The favorable candidate will also have a desire to find better ways of doing things, and the ability to think creatively, logically and with great attentiveness to detail. Responsibilities
  • Oversee transportation, equipment, service, and warehousing teams to maximize profitability
  • Develop operational costs and forecast a cost list for quarterly reporting
  • Appraise and negotiate vendor prices and terms with suppliers to provide customers best ideal cost
  • Monitor and forecast quotas to identify changes and determine their effect at the branch level
  • Revise procedures for coordination of logistics and vending in areas such as sales, marketing, finance, production, and quality assurance
  • Design and implement lean systems that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies
  • Monitor operations to ensure that local branch staff complies with administrative policies, safety rules, and guidelines
  • Manage branch personnel by providing compelling vision, appropriate training, and clear communication of objectives
  • Create and strengthen client relationships, developing a visitation plan for personal drop-ins, and reoccurring conversations with decision-makers.
  • Administer the sales and bonus program that would be presented to route drivers
  • Attend onsite client visits to support our client relationship (must have valid vaccination card).
