Operations Supervisor Location: Manteno, Illinois (IL) Department: Operations Employment Type: Salaried Target Start Date: TBD Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 + bonus Position Summary The Operations Supervisor supports site leadership in driving daily operational excellence, performance management, and execution discipline across the Manteno manufacturing site. This role is responsible for operational coordination, data analysis, reporting, meeting governance, and cross-functional support to ensure standardized operations management, KPI performance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operations Management & Execution Support Support daily operational activities, including data collection, reporting, and timely submission of operational reports. Assist department leaders in establishing, improving, and continuously optimizing the operations management framework, including planning, target setting, monitoring, review, and adjustment processes. Support standardized and systematic operations management practices. Planning, Alignment & Performance Management Coordinate the development, alignment, execution monitoring, and evaluation of annual and monthly operational plans. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and site performance goals. Interface with cross-functional teams to support goal deployment, breakdown, execution, performance evaluation, and closed-loop management. KPI Tracking & Reporting Track, inspect, and evaluate operational progress and KPI achievement. Prepare analytical performance reports for management. Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Provide structured recommendations and improvement actions to leadership. Meeting Governance & Coordination Manage site-level major operational meetings, including: Meeting planning and scheduling Agenda preparation Meeting minutes documentation Action item tracking Closure and follow-up execution Coordinate routine operational meetings and continuous improvement activities. Cross-Functional & Administrative Support Provide cross-functional coordination and operational support. Assist in performance management processes. Support OPL (One Point Lesson) activities and continuous improvement documentation. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher required. Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or large organizational environments. Experience in operations management, planning management, or cross-functional coordination preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong learning agility with ability to rapidly understand new systems and processes. High execution discipline with strong follow-through capabilities. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. High attention to detail and operational accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Mandarin proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) preferred. Strong team-oriented mindset.
