We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Humdinger. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of our production operations, maintaining high standards of quality, safety and team performance.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 39
Pay range: £15.92/hour (salary equivalent £32,285.76) (Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, there may be an opportunity to increase the pay rate to £17.69 per hour.)
Breaks: 2 x 20 minutes
Shift Pattern: Rotating every 3 weeks.
Monday - Thursday:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00
Friday:
Week 1: 06:00 - 13:00
Week 2: 13:00 - 20:00
Week 3: 20:00 - 03:00
