ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about sports, tourism, and the arts? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading from the front? iVisit is seeking an operations assistant to lead our dynamic field campaigns across the UK. You’ll represent leading brands and events from local theatres to sold-out arenas while managing teams and ensuring campaign excellence.

A FULL, VALID DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Schedule Campaigns: Coordinate and supervise hand-to-hand, door-to-door, and permitted promotional activities and small-scale events.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent support via phone, email, and in person to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Team Supervision: Lead and manage teams of Brand Ambassadors in the field, ensuring top performance and professionalism.
• Leaflet Distribution: Distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) in key locations such as shopping centres, busy streets, and events.
• Public Engagement: Appropriately approach and engage with the public, deliver brand messages, and answer general inquiries.
• Brand Promotion: Represent and promote major brands and events with enthusiasm and accuracy.
• Equipment Management: Take responsibility for company materials and ensure proper use of leaflets, phones, merchandise, and other tools.
• Report Feedback: Collect feedback and campaign results to help improve future performance.

• Previous management/supervisor experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing environments
• Great attention to detail
• Physically fit for on-the-ground promotional work
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Effectively manage situations and the role under pressure
