Midland Transport is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Quebec City Terminal location. The Operations Supervisor supports terminal operations by overseeing daily activities across P&D, Dock, and occasional administrative operations. This role ensures efficient workflows while monitoring key KPIs related to cost, service quality, and safety. The Operations Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership to maintain high operational standards and support a safe, productive work environment.
