As Operations Supervisor, you will partner with the Club General Manager to ensure seamless daily operations across all departments while cultivating a service-driven culture that prioritizes resident engagement, staff accountability, and operational excellence.
This high-visibility leadership role requires a strong presence, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to foster both resident satisfaction and team development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or fitness management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of mid-level management experience.
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated success in staff development.
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, data reporting, and operational systems.
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
  • Physically able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee facility staffing, scheduling, and training programs.
  • Build strong relationships with residents through daily engagement and proactive outreach.
  • Manage resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor communication.
  • Coordinate and deliver operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) to TWF corporate.
  • Assist with the smooth execution of all health, wellness, and fitness operations, including pool, spa, and amenities.
  • Partner with management to promote and market club/TWF services.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and service protocols.
  • Flexibility to work 40–50 hours per week based on business needs.
