In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, guide a capable technical team and ensure our services consistently meet operational targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. What will you be doing? Lead and support a high‑performing service team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across all maintenance activities. Build strong customer relationships by attending regular client meetings, reviewing performance, and providing clear, timely communication. Manage and resolve customer operational enquiries proactively, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. Take ownership of profit and loss performance, driving value‑added sales opportunities while managing operational costs to meet KPIs. Oversee workload planning and optimise service routes to maximise efficiency and service delivery. Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members follow safe work practices and comply with industry regulations and KONE policies. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to your team to support capability growth and performance. Champion the KONE brand through professional service delivery and a commitment to operational excellence. What are we looking for?
