Ready to lead golf operations in one of Dubai’s most exclusive private club environments?

Discovery Dunes Golf Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is looking for a confident, energetic Golf Operations Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests.

This is not a desk-based role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground with the team, understands golf, notices the small details, and knows how to create a smooth, welcoming and memorable experience from arrival through to the final putt.

What You Will Do:As Golf Operations Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Golf Operations Manager and take ownership of the daily golf experience on shift, including:

• Lead and motivate the Golf Services team during daily operations
• Oversee the member and guest journey across valet, practice facilities, on-course services and post-round experience
• Coach and support Golf Services Attendants, starters and marshals
• Ensure golf carts, shuttles, practice areas and amenities are always presentation-ready
• Support opening and closing procedures, cart charging, range setup and equipment storage
• Respond confidently to member feedback and service recovery situations
• Coordinate closely with Agronomy, Valet, Golf Shop and other operational teams
• Support scheduling, onboarding and training of the Golf Operations team
• Assist with inventory, monthly counts and amenity ordering
• Track daily golf activity and communicate operational feedback to management
• Step in as Manager on Duty when required
• Bring fresh ideas that continually elevate the golf experience

• What We’re Looking For:Previous supervisory experience in golf operations, golf services, private clubs, resorts or luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of golf etiquette, terminology and the flow of golf operations
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing people
• Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with members and guests
• Calm and solutions-focused in fast-moving operational environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
• Comfortable working with multicultural teams
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays and varying operational shifts
• Comfortable working outdoors
