Responsible for monitoring daily operations, stock availability, deliveries, reconciliations, and coordination between the warehouse, 3PL partners, and Customer Service.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily stock levels and inventory availability across shops and warehouses.
Monitor 3PL deliveries, pending shipments, and delivery performance.
Prepare daily stock and operational reconciliations.
Prepare CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) for warehouse inbound and outbound shipments.
Handle basic shipping and logistics documentation.
Monitor returns, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Coordinate packaging material availability and deliveries.
Act as the link between Customer Service, Warehouse, and 3PL teams.
Escalate operational issues and maintain daily operational reports.
