National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are currently looking to hire a Bilingual Operations Supervisor that has some business experience, self-motivated, able to develop in an entrepreneurial environment, aggressive, willing to travel, and able to speak Spanish. RESPONSIBILITIES: Full accountability for a specific business division Manage employees Observe service issues and offer solutions Inspecting job sites and ensuring customer satisfaction Assisting in developing the company sales strategy Maintain strong client relationships and cross sell services Oversee hiring and firing Coach Staff Must be able to recruit and train candidates. Must be able to work Monday through Saturday. REQUIREMENTS: Strong leadership and influencing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and cultivate client relationships Operations Experience Ethical Self Motivated Results Driven Prepare Schedules Some Hiring and Firing Experience Traveling to surrounding areas is required. SPANISH speaking required. Starting Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year. (DOE).
