Responsibilities

YOUR DAY TO DAY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing the activity of the off-site mobile patrol team and Parking Attendants while motivating and leading the team
  • Reporting and rostering
  • Parking enforcement/ Traffic Management
  • Working with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers and Clients
  • Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met
  • Monitor KPI targets across all operations and maintain standards of performance
  • Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers
  • Responsibility for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluation and continued development
